ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solution QA Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the quality and reliability of our high-stakes identity and payment solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and executing automated and performance testing frameworks, driving quality across hardware/software integrated products, and collaborating with teams worldwide.

Main missions:

• Implement and maintain Cucumber BDD frameworks for automated testing;
• Use Selenium for functional UI automation;
• Conduct API testing using Postman;
• Write and maintain test automation scripts in Java (intermediate level);
• Integrate test automation into Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines; manage code in GIT.
• Run performance tests using JMeter;
• Proactively identify, debug, and resolve software issues across platforms;
• Create detailed test plans/scripts from user stories, use cases, and specifications;
• Lead Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) and ensure alignment with business needs;
• Oversee the end-to-end test life cycle, leveraging tools like ADO;
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices and actively participate in team ceremonies;
• Collaborate across global QA, dev, and product teams under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Mentor and onboard new QA engineers, sharing tools and best practices;
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage workloads independently;
• Maintain strong QA documentation and process consistency.
  

ABOUT YOU

You are/have:

• A degree in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent hands-on experience);
• 2–4 years’ experience as a QA Automation Engineer, ideally in hardware/software integrated environments.
• Hands-on experience in automated test development, test cycle management, and performance testing.
• A solid grasp of Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and modern QA tools (Postman, JMeter, ADO).
• Familiar with GIT version control and pipeline integration.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset, self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership and learn new tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to quickly understand and adapt to complex project environments and requirements.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a critical-thinking approach.
